¿A qué huele la Navidad?
En El Fogón Ilicitano huele a comidas sabrosas, olores típicos de estas fechas entrañables donde las familias buscan esos momentos, en los que las conversaciones alrededor de una mesa se vuelven entrañables recordando y reviviendo esos momentos felices que siempre guardamos en el corazón.

La Navidad también es un momento de rescatar las antiguas tradiciones culinarias de las familias. Siempre se pone encima de la mesa esa sopa de marisco que tan bien cocinaba la abuela. Estos mantecados receta de bisabuela que con tanto cariño amasaba, metía en el horno de leña y que todos esperábamos ansiosos para comer.
Sin duda, el Fogón siempre ha sido un proyecto de cocina tradicional, de cocina a fuego lento, porque aunque no te guste cocinar puedes comer bien, comer sano y disfrutar en tu propia casa de platos exquisitos.
Esta semana hemos presentado nuestro tradicional menú de Navidad, y como siempre lo hemos hecho ilusionados, poniendo en él la creatividad y el mimo que estos platos se merecen.
Pero lo que más nos gusta es poder ofrecer a todos los paladares una dosis de un buen plato de comida, independientemente de si eres tradicionalista en tus comidas, innovador o vegetariano. Todos podéis venir a elegir el plato que más os guste.

Esta semana nuestro menú de Navidad ha estado también en Teleelx Radio Marca, mostrando cada detalle de cada plato. Y sí, yo Nieves Gil, me emociono ante las creaciones que hemos realizado todo el equipo porque son sin duda la materialización de mi pasión.
Agradecer siempre a todos nuestros clientes el que cada año podamos estar en su mesa en momentos tan especiales como la fiestas de diciembre. Porque si de algo estamos realmente orgullosos es de ver la felicidad y el agradecimiento de todas esas personas que hacen que El Fogón Ilicitano siga en pie desde 1996.
